Is the s6 Active safe in water?

Ive put it in water a few times before, but I'v noticed something. When you suck on the usb port or headphone jack to get water out, air comes out too. So its not water tight? Is it something i should worry about? And is there any plugs for them yet?

There is a coating there. However keep in mind that it is capable of being submerged in a meter of water for up to 30 minutes. Keep in mind that this is stagnant plain water. Not salt water, and not water jets or whatever.

Don't need to plug anything. I do use a hair dryer on the ports to dry out any residual water. Had weird charging issues one time and the hair dryer trick worked great.
