Is the T-Mobile Galaxy Tab unlocked out of the box?

Just curious if anyone knows if the T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Tab comes unlocked out of the box or if there are codes out there to do it? Want to use it with my AT&T service instead of T-Mobile.
