Is the T-Mobile Nexus 4 Unlocked?

Yes, it is unlocked. I originally ordered mine from T-Mobile for free with a two year contract in February. I was able to use my AT&T sim card in the phone with no problems.

I cancelled my account after the first bill and paid the ETF and went on a prepaid with T-Mobile. AT&T has horrible data speeds here in Denver so I could not stay with them.

T-Mobile no longer offers the Nexus 4 for free.

I paid the first months bill of $140 and the ETF of $115. The T-Mobile N4 is the 16GB so I saved over $100 by doing it this way. The ETF is supposed to be $200 but I didn't get charged that.

I don't know if the following made my EF less than it should have been but to cancel my post paid, I simply ported my T-Mobile # to a prepaid account which cancelled the post paid account. When I had talked to the CS rep about doing this, she mentioned that my final bill including ETF would be about $220. Something happened to reduce my ETF.

Depends on location. In the day on AT&T, I get edge speeds. At night, I can get anywhere from .50 to 2.5Mbps. On T-Mobile, I get 17-25Mbos anytime of the day. I have no reason to use AT&T when I get these incredible speeds on T-Mobile here in Denver.

It doesn't matter what device I use on AT&T, iPad, iPhone, Nexus 7, Nexus, those are the speeds I get.
