Is the X4 an Android One phone in all markets?

In the UK, I can't tell if it's an Android One phone. I would only consider this phone if it was!

No, it's not. Just bought one (for 279 at Carphone Warehouse). It's Moto software rather than the totally pure Android one software. Excellent phone for the money now!

Yes but with a few differences. I guess the most important one is the One button nav feature which isn't available on project fi version.

There's tons of assumptions with this new Android One. It's not the same as the previous Android One.
