Is there a 7.7 tab wi-fi only model?

I can only seem to find Verizon 4G LTE versions of the 7.7, was wondering if there are wi-fi only versions.

Trying to decide between the 7.7 and tab 3 8"

Yes. I have one. GT-P6810. It came from Europe. I'm running Paranoid Android on it with a 64gb SD card. You could also get the Galaxy Tab 8 with an 8 inch screen. Nice device with a larger screen.

Yup, I have one aswell. Pretty sure, In the States, you can only get one via import.

What version of android? How do you like your Note 3? What carrier is it on?

Tab has 4.0.4 ics, I doubt Samsung will update it further.

I do like GN3 quite a lot, I really like the removable battery and large high resolution amoled screen. I got it on tmobile with full price. I'm on their prepaid $30 plan, don't want to change that.
