Is there a Back up APP that backs up my setting and data for apps?

Back up APP

I have a non rooted LG G4 which I would like to have an app that backs up my settings and data for my apps. Is there such an app?

I am interested in a paid for app and not a free one.

If there is one I want one that doe not require me to connect my phone onto my computer first.

Just to ask the obvious, have you tried the LG Backup app to see how it fits your needs? It can get your apps, but I haven't really tried to see how well it also captures their data.

I transferred every downloaded app+data I had on my G3 to my G4 without any issues using LG Backup.

Helium by the Clockwork mod team also does a pretty good job and it has a paid app.

I use Nova Prime's built in backup to backup and restore my UI settings, and My Backup Pro to backup and restore my call and SMS/MMS history (if it's a different phone, you have to use the "migrate" option I recently discovered the hard way). I don't need anything else backed up really. All of my contacts are already in google, so my contacts I never have to worry about. Restoring programs with settings intact I think requires root and programs that take advantage of that (MY backup Pro does I believe, but I don't take advantage of that functionality-- especially since I haven't root in years). As someone else mentioned, Clockwork MOD "has an app for that".... funny, they used to have ONE app, now they have a cavalcade of apps apparently.

Hi Markus. What, specifically, does LG backup actually backup and later restore? This is my first LG since the Sprint Instinct (I think that was an LG).

Fire it up and check it out. It's almost as powerful as doing a nandroid. It'll back up settings and such and app data. Pretty much anything I'd use Titanium Backup for in terms of backing up app data, LG Backup can do.
