Is there a better kickstand/cover that works with the Samsung keyboard?

Android Central Question

Has anyone tried using a more traditional magnetic cover with their Tab S6 that still allows for the keyboard part of the Samsung keyboard cover to connect? I don't feel like the keyboard "cover" is keeping my tablet safe in my bag and then there's the issue of the back part constantly falling off. I really thought I had gotten it securely attached, but then it came off in my bag. I like the keyboard with the trackpad a lot though. Has anyone found a combo that works?

OK, so don't look at my funny, but did you pull the protective cover off the sticky part on the back of the cover? Also make sure the back of your device is pretty clean since it uses that tacky material and suction to adhere.

FFS, if one more person tells us to take the &$(*& plastic off... Some of them are defective. A lot of them are. I think that if the hinge mechanism isn't perfectly straight, it creates air leakes and loses it's seal.

There is no good alternative that I've found. Sorry. Samsung is replacing my second one, maybe that will work. Either way, I'm not returning a third one. It works well enough that I can live with it and just be careful which position I leave it in.

Well to be honest, I wasn't tell jrsharp to take it off. I was telling the Unregistered user to take it off because maybe he didn't. I am really sorry you got a defective one.

Maybe I should have mentioned that if the plastic has been removed then it is probably defective. For what it is worth I hate the suction cover type.... Hard to get on and hard to get off, when it works right. I prefer the magnetic type of attachment personally.

My Samsung keyboard cover works perfectly. Been on for a week and stuck like a glue. That thing is not going anywhere. I know others been having issues. Maybe defective units but I can say mine went on with ease and is on solid since then.
