Is there a browser that allows more than one pop-up window at a time?

I use a hosted app that includes it's own messaging. When starting a new message, it calls a pop-up window and then to select contacts it needs to open a second pop-up window. I get an error message using Stock browser and Dolphin browser:

Pop-up already open
Could not open a new pop-up window because only one can be open at a time.

So... is there a browser out there that allows more than one pop-up window at a time?

As I listed in my original post, Dolphin does not allow more than one pop-up window at a time.

You might try the Skyfire browser. It resolved a similar issue for me when I got the same popup window error message on the stock browser.
