Is there a glitch?

My Note 20 Ultra has no sound. I can't increase the volume at all. Same thing is happening on my Galaxy Tab S75G. Anyone else running into something like this?

You seem to have Do Not Disturb enabled... If the options there include the option to mute Media Sounds that would explain the disabled controls.

Hmm. So apparently I need to disable do not disturb. I guess I'll go back to ignoring calls

You should be able to allow Media Sounds as an exception, which would let you continue using Do Not Disturb to avoid getting calls.
