Is there a good free Android photo editing app to fix red and white eye issues?

I use Google Photos and am looking for a free Android photo editing app. Specifically to fix the red and white eye issues that GP and Snapseed apparently don't have available. Any recommendations and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Try "photoshop express" by Adobe.
It is free, but some features require an Adobe account.
