Is there a Mac Address

The chromecast connects to my home network - but I am getting a MSG saying the chromecast can't connect to the Internet.
What am I missing?

My other wireless devices have no issues with connecting...

open chromecast app and click settings on your device. you will find the mac address below

Google terms of service,
Chrome privacy,
Open source licenses , &
Software version.

I think the Mac address appears during set up, on or near the naming screen. I would swear it used to appear where the IP address displays too, but perhaps I am misremembering.

Without finding the MAC address, I got it to work last nite using my galaxy nexus ph.
I don't know why, but when i went to use my PC I could not connect to the interest. Turns out my ph was still connected to the chromecast. So when on the ph I turned off its wi-fi I then on my PC was able to get internet access.
That seems odd to me.

Hoping for Google to send out an update soon.
