solution to SD Card Blank or unsupportive format

Yepp, finally i just found out how to recover back the SD card to its settings without needed to format it. I tried to connect with USB to PC.
1. Connect phone to PC
2. Remove SD card
3. Reinsert SD card to your phone
4. There a screen display on your phone, just click 'YES' (restart MTP device) i think
5. Just wait
6.

**When remove sd card, PLEASE do not remove usb cable from phone to pc

All my data in SD card were not damaged or missing

Just try it. On my Samsung tablet 7.0
