Is there a video camera app that allows you to set things such as exposure manually?

Is there a video camera app that gives access to manual settings? I'm thinking particularly of the exposure—auto exposure makes it impossible for me to get good results filming in changing lighting. I already have access to most of the manual settings I need for still photography, since my phone's in-built camera app (it's an LG G5) does a very good job in this regard. It's only when it comes to capturing moving images that it lets me down.

Send an email to LG to see what options are available from them. On my new V30, the pre-installed camera app does manual exposure in both picture and video modes.

Have a look on the play store for Filmic Pro......I have'nt personally used it but reviews are excellent. I have a Moto g5 and apparently its not compatible with my phone so I've gone with Cinema FV 5 which is very good. Manual exposure is possible also you can move around the focus point which is very useful.
