Is there a Video Editor similar to iMovie for Android?

As the title says, some people recommended me Cyberlink's PowerDirector but I don't want any subscription based apps. I don't mind paying but a one time fee.

Any suggestions?

For those of us who have never used iMovie, what features are you looking for?

Well it allows for trimming videos, adding music, and has some special things like effects and what not, adding text, transitions, etc. to make your video look like a movie.
