Is there a video story maker on the Note 9?

My wife had some Video Story Maker on her iPhone and now that she switched to a Note 9, she'd like to have something similar. I could've sworn there was one built into Samsung phones but I can't find it. The only thing I find in the Samsung App Store is a Samsung Video Editor, says it's installed but the Open button is greyed out.

when I do try to edit a video, it's just a video editor but not that story maker app where you can create a movie out of your videos with movies and effects.

Please help

Open Gallery, there's a tab called stories there. It auto-creates stories based on similar pictures or pictures taken in a certain day.
You can turn on auto create stories in the settings of the app, and you can also create your own stories.

Open gallery then 3 dots should give you option like this

1) Shoot a video.
2) Open the video.
3) Click the pencil icon in lower left.
4) Samsung Video Editor will open and allow you to edit the video.
