Is there a way to back up files from a Samsung Amp2 phone when the screen is cracked & not working?

My PC can see the phone, and the phone turns on (I hear the Cricket theme music), but I cannot see the files using Windows Explorer. I have turned on "see hidden files"; I have checked out properties. Is there anything else I can do? I would like to get my texts and pictures.

If Windows doesn't see the files, the phone is probably set to Charge Only, so there's no way to get to the files without changing that, and you need a screen to do that.

Of course if all your texts and pictures were backed up to your PC, that wouldn't matter, so I'll bet that you'll be backing up everything important from now on, right?
