Is there a way to get wifi calling on a sprint samsung note 2?

I live in an area where there is little signal and can't reliably send/receive texts or calls. Additionally, we are on satellite for our internet, so I can't use Sprint's device {air raid?} because they only work with cable internet. Wifi calling became available with the Samsung Note 3, but I was wondering if there's a way I can get it on my Note 2. The T-moble version of the Note 2 has wifi calling, but not the Sprint version. Wifi calling will work over satellite internet as my wife's phone (LG G3) has it and she can send/receive calls and texts from home.
