Is there a way to recover Chrome Bookmarks from my broken phone

Hi! Today the screen on my Galaxy S5 has gone out and I'm planning to upgrade to an S7 tomorrow, I was wondering if there was a way to recover my all my bookmarks to my new phone although the old phone has a broken screen. Thanks!

If the bookmarks are in chrome, they are synced to your account on the cloud and will be automatically synced to the new phone when you sign into your Google account. You do not need to create a new Google account for every device.

Welcome to Android Central! What Mooncatt said will work, except for any bookmark that was saved in the Mobile Bookmarks folder in Chrome. Those bookmarks won't sync to the cloud, unfortunately. I typically make sure to create new bookmarks in the Bookmarks Bar folder, which does sync with my desktop Chrome.
