Is there a way to see when my phone has been accessed or used?

Is there a way to log/track dates and times my phone and it's apps were used/accessed by me or anyone? I don't use a passcode and prefer not to.

There are some little trails left behind by things like your GMail and if you have Chrome browser installed and sync'd up to your computer it will show in the history settings if/when it was last used by what devices linked to the Google account. Same goes for GMail, it will tell you when last accessed.

Other than that I'm sure there maybe other little trails but those are two of the most obvious I know of.
