Is there a way to transfer everything (but System) from old Android to a new Android

I am thinking of upgrading my LG Android to a newer model and I would like to transfer files from old phone to new phone.

Is there an online site where this can be done? I would even be willing to pay.


EXPECT:
- Longon site (create an account if necessary)

- Enter your smartphone number

- Enter, or choose from a dropdown, you smartphone manufacturer and model

- Prompt to connect old phone via USB

- Show the old phone's file-tree (Contacts, Settings, all data folders, etc.; EXCEPT System folder) with check-boxes (set by default)

- An [Upload] button to upload selected files/folders to a TEMPORARY cloud location

- Prompt to disconnect old phone a separate prompt to connect new phone (same phone number) via USB

- [Start Transfer] button, that cause transfer of files on cloud WITH TRANSLATION if necessary (for phones that are not 100% compatible file format)

- Prompt to disconnect new phone AND RESTART to verify everything is OK

- A "Is you new phone OK" dialog with [Yes] [No] buttons

- If [Yes] all cloud data is cleared and you exit.


AND YES. I know how to copy old phone files to my PC then copy to new phone, the issue is not all file formats (especially settings) are directly compatible.
