Is there an App for Transfering Photos from Phone mem to sd card

I have an incredible. All of my pictures are in my phone storage (305) total. I want to get them either to my sd card or my computer. When I plug my phone into my computer I can't find the pictures. How do I transfer the pictures. I would like to transfer them all at the same time, and not one at a time. Any help out there?
