Is there an app I can download that will track what apps are installed and uninstalled?

Example-- my teen isn't supposed to have snapchat. He has deleted the app off of his phone and I checked the play store and it is not there, but is there an app I can put on his phone that will tell me if he downloads it through the day and deletes it before he gets home from school?

If you are concerned, look into parental control software for the device. Checking Google won't do anything, all he needs to do is setup a separate Google account and you will never see the account if he hides it properly on the device.
