Is there an app that lets you change all the notifications tones?

I recently changed to Android (LG G3) and my biggest complaint has been that practically all the apps that have notifications use the default tone you select. I don't know if that makes sense but i want to change every notification sound so not all the notifications sound the same.

In many cases, each app has the notification settings for that app in the settings menu.

Hangouts, for example. Tap the "hamburger menu" (3 lines stacked vertically in the top left), tap settings, select the account to change the setting and you can change it in the "Hangouts Notifications" section.

Barely any app has it in their settings to change the notification sound.
