is there an app which will only allow calls from my contacts to ring through?

I receive sooo many spam calls per day. On my S5 I have and use Auto Call Reject. But this still allows the calls through and VM. I would like to only receive calls from my contacts.

Set up dnd all the time, only white listing your contacts
