Please Help. Thanks

Wait... Are you trying to silent the phone or not?

There are a few ways to 'silent' the incoming call. One is by pressing the volume rocker or the power button, which is probably what happens most often if inside your bag.

Also, if the motion setting is on and the phone is in your bag and it's moving around too much, it MAY trigger the silencing by thinking you turned the phone down. Remember that it uses both the motion sensors and the proximity sensors, and if you're using the flip cover (which doesn't latch close) the flapping, even if slight, can cause the phone to sense that the IR sensor was unblocked and is now blocked. I know, for instance, that sometimes the 'wave your hand to answer' is triggered by this in rare occasions.

That's the problem i'm having. Sometimes i guess it's triggering the silence by motion when my phone is shaking in my bag = i can't hear the incoming call.

I don't want to silent my phone all the time, but sometimes i just want to just silent an incoming call and let it ring instead of rejecting a call.

Well as far as I know, you have to do it manually if you want to choose and pick which call you want to accept or not. When the phone rings what you do is swipe the red X and the phone will stop ringing but it will go through the motions like if you normally did not answer it for the other person . Unless you want to put that particular number under the blocked settings at certain times of the day or night ..........

I know incoming calls are silenced when u press the volume buttons
