Is there any android car head units that can take my data sim that's in my Verizon tablet?

I'm going to buy a android double din touch screen head unit for my car. I have a Verizon tablet with a data sim card for the next 15 months. I never use my tablet and I would like to use my data package from Verizon on my android car stereo unit, that way I don't need wifi for the internet. Any help or nudge in the right direction would be much appreciated.

Are you looking for an Android Auto unit? Android Auto is not a stand-alone unit/device, it requires connection to a phone as the apps pull their data from the companion apps on the phone.
