Is there any app to back up SIM information like phone number automatically?

I often change my SIM card for some reasons and would like to track what SIM card I used. Is there any good way to back up SIM card information to cloud or somewhere?

What information, exactly, are you trying to back up? A SIM card is just an identifier of your account to the network. It doesn't really store your number, when the phone reaches out to the network and does it's handshake, the SIM card ID's the account and the phone receives back the number from that account.
