Is there any fix for applications crash in Samsung Galaxy S4?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 for past one year. It worked fine for a couple of months. After that any application crash once you open them. this is very random and very irritating esp. when composing a mail or playing a game. I have all softwares updated in the phone and tried all fixes provided in different forums. But still this phone is not getting better. any ideas if there is any fix for this problem.
