Is there any reason that I can't change my lock screen on Samsung Galaxy S5?

I've been trying to change my lock screen on Samsung Galaxy S5.

When I go into my Settings/Lock Screen the only options are under the heading Screen Security - Screen Lock and Owner Info.

Is there any reason for my lack of settings options?

My friend's able to change his lock screen and his Lock Screen Settings are completely different to mine.

I am also unable to change the lock screen wallpaper - as when I select 'set as' no option is available for lock screen.

Any help is much appreciated.

Do you have your work email on your phone? If so, some settings might be disabled because many Microsoft Exchange servers become device administrators on your phone.
