Is there any way to deactivate app splash screens?

My phone ( Samsung Galaxy J5 2016) just jumped from 6.1.1 to 7.1.1 and I've noticed that the daily use apps now display these splash screens when opened. Their logos remain displayed for 1 to 1.5 seconds.

There are not independent apps. We're talking about the Phone, Contacts, Settings and Messages. These apps shouldn't make you wait for a splash screen to pass in order to use them. Is there any way to disable these screens?

Only by rewriting the apps. The splash screen is part of the operation of the app.

Check the settings of the app. Some apps let you turn off the splash screens.

Already did. None of these apps has such setting.
My only hope right now is that we get a patch for them.
This is honestly the worst "feature" I've seen on android so far. I wonder who's idea it was.
