Is there any way to make it so the first ring is normal volume?

When you get a phone call that first ring is super low. I see no setting in call settings sub menu to change that. Is there any way? Sorry for the questions. This is my first Samsung device.

Apparently there is no way to change it using the phone's settings, but there is an app that will change this behavior for you. The information about the app is shown below. I have not used it, so I can't vouch for it.
