Is there such app?

Hello,

I'm working in a construction company. We are currently trying to automate many processes in the company. So I'm wondering, are there any apps that could do the following:
1. Employees would be able to fill in reports of specific format? For instance, they currently have to fill in fuel consumption reports (where they went, what distance in km, what mechanism used fuel, what amount of fuel it consumed, etc.) in paper on a monthly basis. This takes huge amount of manual work for those who fill in reports and for administration to check those reports and enter everything into the system.
2. Employees would start wearing magnetic cards. They would have to scan their cards when they enter construction site. When they take a lunch break, they would have to scan it, to be able to go to the kitchen. Is there such timetable app, which would be able to get information from the scanners and then automatically prepare timetables for employees, calculate, how long they worked, etc? Currently this is done in paper in the company, and again it takes huge amount of manual work both for work managers and for administration.

#2 sounds like it would depend on what kind of scanners you're using. Maybe TimeDock would work for you? https://timedock.com/time-tracking-app

Hi, thanks for your reply. Timedock seems to be great. I'll check that one more thoroughly.
I checked Google Forms, but they seem to be a bit too limited. I couldn't create the form I need. But now I'm thinking that Google docs could be the solution. Need to check that feature more.
