Is this cause for alarm?

Found app called Keytracer on my phone. Don't know what it does but it sounds sinister. Look at all the permissions it has! Looks like it has access to everything on the phone. Should we be worried about this or am I just not in the know about something?

No, I think it's part of TouchWiz.. Other Samsung's have this as well.
