I have an lg f6 from metro & i dropped it in water, but romoved the battery immediately & put it in rice, but now when i try to turn it on just the bottom lcd lights turn on & the light screen is on but u cant see anything & i can unlock it as well but still cant see a thing

Help plz !??

How long did you leave it in the rice. The recommended 48 hours? as it is it does not sound very good of any type recovery.
