is this normal on oneplus 6?

i just bought oneplus 6 A6003 8/128 Malaysian set last 2 weeks. i straight away update to android pie. the problem is when i use instagram, youtube, facebook, all of the media or video played is very blury and pixelated. is this normal for oneplus 6? ill attacht u a picture.
