Try

adb devices

on your thread title you've got abd devices. Wrong command

Ahh silly soz fellas,Yeah spelled wrong but entered correct. It wasnt registering the command all sorted now

I'm just terrible with proof reading plus i took off any predictive anything was making me even slower
