Ok. So, ummm...I was wanting to try something out but I want to know if using CDMA to clone the information on a Samsung Intercept for Virgin Mobile and put it on my EVO would be illegal? I mean. I would be paying for the Virgin Mobile (reselling Sprint Services) service. I just like the thought of paying $25/month as compared to the $150 I'm paying now.

Illegal activities - Do not post, link, discuss, or request warez, serials, ROM's, or any other copied intellectual property of others (e.g., Swype) in the Android Central forums. Discussions regarding hardware or software modifications designed to steal service, such as ESN cloning are also forbidden in the forums. AC has a zero tolerance policy on such posts..

i dont think you're directly asking to clone an ESN but rather make a phone work on a different network. In order to do that though you do need a valid ESN from the receiving network. I am not comfortable with that.
