Is VZW Throttling Me?!

I just did a speed test because I noticed my data speeds were sorta slow. My old ones from last week and before were fine, but now I'm getting 1.3 mbps up, and 3.3 mbps down. Is VZW throttling me?

I'd try more tests and from different servers. Could just be that test server isn't responding very well. If still a problem, I'd try the usual stuff like toggling mobile data, toggle airplane mode, or finally a power down, battery and SIM card pull for at least 3 minutes.

Tried different servers multiple times and everything else, and nothing has worked. Still getting less than 3 down and less than 4 up

Try going to the site speedtest dot net to test your speed.I've read the app isn't that accurate.
