Is Wi-Fi forwarding working now?

After the update can I leave my phone at home connected to my Wi-Fi and now receive forwarded calls and messages? I know this option didn't work previously as you'd have to disconnect your phone from Wi-Fi and connect it to the phones 3G 4G network for it to work.

Definitely working. Connects always now. Turning off bluetooth several times on my Note to test and always turned on and doesn't delay as much as it did. 1 to 2 min connect.
