That is AT&T wallet app. You can disable it in your applications unless you use is. Google Wallet now works on our phones.

Why would you want to turn off Isis? Go into an AT&T store and activate the service (it's free) and sign up for an American Express Serve prepaid debit card. You'll receive a $50 credit that you can use at NFC enabled retailers.
I had AT&T install the SIM so I can use the $50.00 Serve card from Amex. Interesting technology but the real issue here is the lack of merchants that support the technology. The only one who does locally here in Troy, NY is McDonalds. IS I also needs to support more credit and debt cards. Anyone want to share their experiences.
