IsmMy Galaxy S3 broken?

My galaxyS3

I did not drop it and I went to turn it on it only vibrates and lights up I'm not seeing any screen it's just black any tips or advise

Welcome to Android Central! Pull the battery, wait 10 seconds, then put it back in. Now try booting into Recovery Mode and wipe the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data: http://forums.androidcentral.com/sa...ing-into-recovery-mode-galaxy-s2-s3-tab2.html
