ISO the perfect shopping list app

I've tried several different shopping list apps but haven't found the perfect one. Here's what I am looking for an I'm willing to pay for it if it exists.

1) Ability to make entries by typing, bar code scanning and voice (some will do this)

2) Sort able lists (most will do this)

3) Move items that I currently need to the top or to a new temp list (haven't found this yet)

4) Ability to add last purchased price would be a +

I like making a list in Keep. It can't do some of the stuff you wish, but if you haven't tried it, it might be worth it.
