Issue creating hotspot connction automatically by android application?

[Android Central Question]

I have electronic project related to internet of things..

here our team created an android application ..

fist opening this android application, it should be automatically created hotspot connection then enable the communication..in older version of android its work ..
but in newer version it cannot create the hotspot connection automatically by android application.
may be its due to permission denied ..
how to solve this issue???

Require that the user allow the permission needed on installation. That's what everyone else does, so users will be familiar with it.
