Issue syncing Droid Incredible to Computer

Hey Everyone I have been having a problem for a little while. When I try to sync my DI to my computer I will see the SD card and not the actual Droid Incredible phone storage. Normally I would see both but now I am only seeing the SD card. Any ideas?
