Issue when I'm in my car: Note 4 unresponsive for several seconds-How do I fix it?

I usually have Bluetooth connected to my car for music and calling, not sure if that's the issue, but, every time I go anywhere, the icons on my screen dissappear and the phone is unresponsive, I cant answer calls or anything for several seconds, this just started with the latest update to 5. 11 anyone else?

What do you mean by going anywhere? Do you mean whenever you leave your car?

No I mean when I am driving, could be a short trip to the grocery store, it happens every time, when I arrive, park, check my phone it really acts weird, icons dissappear and then slowly come back, screen is unresponsive, if I get a call I cannot answer due to no answer or reject icons to swipe

Try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. Galaxy Note 4 Safe Mode: What you need to know | Android Central


If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.
