Issue with Bluetooth Audio

Hello. So I'm trying to get the Pandora app to play through the bluetooth audio from my car. My car detects the galaxy nexus and is connected for bluetooth calling already. Bluetooth audio is enabled in Pandora and bluetooth is enabled on the phone. But when I hit the bluetooth audio in my car it says it can not detect any bluetooth audio device. Not sure what I am missing. Does anyone know how to do this?
