Issue with gaming

With alot of the game apps I use on the phone like Minecraft and any of the snes apps all act strange. They will play perfectly for about 10 mins then the game will act like it's having a hard time reading my input until I cut the screen off. Then it will work fine for a few mins and then do the same. Is any one else having an issue like this. And for the record this is m second Evo 3D and it's been the same one both of them.

I know Dungeon defenders craps out after a couple of minutes. I like the game, what I get to play of it.
