Issue with Instagram on my Huawei P10

Been a couple of months i have this issue with Instagram, i have a Huawei P10. My issues are Instagram is slow, and videos start then loads then start and load again, same issue with IG stories, the only solution i've found is to disable the app and enable it, since Huawei made it a system app, the issue gets fix for like 3 days then starts back, i even reseted my phone, stillthe same. The problem is not related to my IG account cause i've tried it on my iPhone and iPad and it works wonders. Can anyone help me to uninstall the app once and for all or how to fix the issue, thanks.

Yes, that is the only solution i have found so far, but it only resolves the issue for like 3 days, then it starts again.
