Issue with screen

A pretty weird issue:
while I am holding the device, touch screen works except for that it occasionally skip touch, But when I put it on the dest, or on my bed and trying to use it, the screen is totally not responding. Tried factory reset several times but this only solve the problem for a short while. Anyone has similar issue?
