Issue with Spotify

I have a subscription to Spotify, I use it a lot on my phone and I just ran into this recently, this happened all of a sudden and it only appears after I hit clean all in Smart Manager, should I uninstall, and reinstall the app?

I wouldn't worry about it. 1.64% isn't much. The phone is just saying that app is using a lot of battery -- compared to other apps. It is pointing it out to you just in case it is a rogue app (but you know it isn't since you're listening to music).
